1:1 Yoga Coaching

As a former personal trainer, I specialize in creating goal-based plans that support your unique needs and goals, whether that’s to learn or hone a particular skill, work toward a particular pose, cross-train your athletic endeavors, chill out and relax, relieve sore/tight-feeling muscles, establish a consistent yoga or meditation practice, adapt your practice to support a particular need, and more!

I also provide mentoring and consulting sessions for fellow yoga professionals looking to establish, hone, or niche-down on their own yoga offerings.

I work with people from a variety of backgrounds and with a variety of unique needs and goals, including teachers like me who have ADHD (in particular those of us who were assigned female at birth and often have symptoms that have long gone unrecognized and needs that are often underserved). Over the years I’ve developed a variety of strategies to support my own neurodivergent brain when it comes to teaching and practicing yoga, including addressing my struggles with focus, object-permanence, feelings of overwhelm and self-criticism, and overall executive functioning/getting started. And I discovered that these same strategies were also useful for many of the people that I worked with too. I’d love to share them with you and help you create a yoga or teaching plan of your own that you feel confident about

You can still find all of my on-demand classes on Yoga International.

I also have a collection of feel-good stretch and myofascial release classes I co-created and co-taught with my friend Emily Smith.

You can also do a variety of on-demand programs with me on Yoga International, including my popular “Yoga for Strength and Endurance” program!

Core Strength Flow II

(Try this if you want a short, simple—yet challenging—class).

This 20-minute core-focused flow, which includes plenty of side body strengthening and a little back body strengthening too.

After a short warm-up, you’ll begin the flow where you'll do side plank scoops, a core-powered side angle variation, "super locust," and more

After moving through the flow twice on each side, you'll wind down with a supine side-body stretch and an optional savasana.

Feel-Good Stretch and Release

(Try this if you want a more chill class, designed to relieve feelings of tightness and help you feel rejuvenated.)

You’ll begin this 30-minute class with a centering in child's pose or another rest pose of your choice. After that you'll do a foot stretch, a side-stretch in downdog, long holds in lizard pose(with an optional quad stretch), a sweet shoulder stretch, and more.

To top it all off, lie back and enjoy a restful savasana.
